This voucher is valid 48 hours after purchase, for 12 months.

1. All vouchers are to be redeemed at Nessa unless specified otherwise.
2. All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of sale and any vouchers not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange. It is not possible to extend the voucher beyond the stated 12-month validity period.
3. Reservations are subject to availability, and must be made in advance. Vouchers cannot be redeemed until 48 hours after the initial purchase of the voucher. Purchase of a voucher does not guarantee a reservation. This voucher features a unique reference code, which must be quoted at the time of booking and presented at redemption.
4. Purchases made with vouchers are neither transferable nor refundable by cash.
5. Whole monetary vouchers can only be used for a single transaction; any remaining amount is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher and will be automatically forfeited.
